Tip from the chef

Starter : Pour the kalamansi vinaigrette over the vegetables to season. Serve the pea gazpacho on the side.
Main Course : Reheat the dish uncovered at 160°C for 18 min. Heat and serve the sauce on the side.
Dessert : Let the dessert at room temperature for 15 minutes. Serve the hibiscus infusion on the side.
